The Sr. Data Analyst, Post Market Surveillance is responsible for the collection, reporting, and analysis of data for the On Market Sustainment team.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager On Market Sustainment*,* located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role*.*

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and other post market activities by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information into reports for regulatory authorities.

• Present insights from trends and investigations to leadership when issues are identified through PMS or other post market processes.

• Develop and maintain analytical tools, primarily in PowerBI, that integrate multiple data sources to customize reports utilizing statistical methods when needed.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PMS data located in Smart Solve, SAP, Salesforce.com, and Snowflake.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or analytics related field

• 5+ years of work experience in a field that emphasizes data queries, analysis, and visualization

• Experience with appropriate FDA and ISO regulations. Basic understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with statistical methodology (such as Laney-P) for monitoring product performance.

• Experience with PMS processes for a medical device or similar type company.
