QC Engineer at Danaher

主要职责: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1-负责色谱柱的性能测试与评估

Responsible for the performance testing and evaluation of chromatographic columns.

2-定期汇总测试数据，进行趋势分析，为生产工艺的改进提供数据支持。

Regularly consolidate test data, perform trend analysis, and provide data support for the improvement of production processes.

3-协助编写和更新色谱柱测试相关的SOP、质量标准相关技术文件，并为内外审提供所需的测试记录和文件。

Assist in the preparation and updating of SOPs, quality standards, and related technical documents for chromatographic column testing, and provide necessary test records and documents for internal and external audits.

4-与Global、生产、研发及售后应用支持相关部门紧密合作，调查色谱柱内外部问题的原因分析并跟踪解决。

Work closely with Global, production, R&D, and after-sales application support departments to investigate the causes of HPLC internal and external issues and track the resolution.

5-负责实验室的日常改善项目，以提升整体质量和工作流程。

Responsible for daily improvement projects in the laboratory to enhance overall quality and workflow.

任职资质：

1-具备高效液相色谱（HPLC）或分析化学领域的扎实理论基础

Good theoretical basis on HPLC or analytical chemistry

2-精通主流HPLC系统及检测方法的操作

Proficient in operating mainstream HPLC systems and testing methods.

3-能独立分析并识别色谱问题，提出解决方案

Analyzing and identifying chromatographic issues independently and proposing solutions.

4-熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系及办公软件

Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and Office software.

5-具备与全球团队（跨国团队）进行技术沟通的能力

Able to communicate technically with global teams (multinational teams).

6-拥有3年以上质量控制（QC）或质量管理经验

Over 3 years QC or Quality management experience.

7-擅长沟通与团队协作

Skilled in communication and team work.
