About the role
This position is responsible for CHS product portfolio management and marketing initiative development. CHS currently represents 45% of LBS revenue. CHS met significant local competition need solid commercial experience to develop and execute competitive countermeasures to maintain market share
The role will work closely with Global teams to align on product roadmap, quality improvements, and localization needs, ensuring CHS products remain competitive and relevant in the local market.
In parallel, the position is accountable for Operational Improvement (OI) initiatives in collaboration with strategic partners, with a focus on increasing consumables attachment rate and improving overall profitability.
