About the Role

As a Solution Architect at Cyera, you'll be the crucial link between our R&D organization and our Field teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Success. You’ll drive the successful adoption and deployment of Cyera’s platform, guiding technical implementations, resolving complex issues, and enabling our go-to-market teams to deliver consistent customer value. This is a cross-functional, high-impact role that combines technical depth, operational know-how, and customer-facing collaboration.

What You'll Do

Partner Across R&D and Field Teams:

• Serve as the primary technical bridge between Product/Engineering and our Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Translate product requirements, technical challenges, and field feedback into actionable insights for both sides.
• Ensure successful rollouts of new features by aligning internal teams on implementation and support readiness.

Enable Product Operationalization:

• Lead efforts to deploy and operationalize Cyera’s data security platform across diverse enterprise environments.
• Drive successful integration of data scanning capabilities, ensuring performance, scalability, and insight generation.
• Build repeatable processes and frameworks that accelerate time-to-value for customers.

Resolve Technical Challenges:

• Diagnose and triage complex technical issues across systems and environments.
• Prioritize resolution of high-impact problems with a customer-first mindset.
• Work hands-on with cloud-native technologies, network configurations, and data pipelines.

Drive Technical Excellence:

• Stay on the pulse of cloud security trends and data protection technologies.
• Provide guidance and technical mentorship to field teams, helping them understand system architecture and use cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, usability, and deployment flexibility.

Champion the Customer Experience:

• Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor internally and externally, reinforcing Cyera’s reputation for excellence.
• Contribute to playbooks, documentation, and tooling that improve engagement quality and consistency.

Who You Are Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or similar technical role—preferably in the cloud security or data platform space.
• Strong expertise in writing and optimizing queries, analyzing structured/unstructured datasets, and deriving actionable insights.
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with securing workloads in those environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can simplify complexity and influence without authority.
• Proven ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCSP) and experience with enterprise-scale deployments.
