About the Role

Cyera is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead one of the company’s most strategic cross-functional initiatives: FedRAMP High Certificationt. This is a complex, ongoing program that requires deep coordination across product, engineering, infrastructure, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, and go-to-market teams to adapt Cyera for new environments with distinct constraints and requirements.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end program structure, execution rhythm, ongoing communication, and cross-functional alignment required to prepare Cyera for FedRAMP-related milestones. You will build and maintain the program plan, drive accountability across teams, surface risks early, and ensure the organization is aligned around critical deliverables and timelines.

What You’ll Do Program Leadership & Execution

• Own the cross-functional program plan for the FedRAMP high certification and regulated environment readiness, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and execution tracking
• Drive ongoing coordination across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Legal,, Compliance, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure progress according to defined objectives
• Maintain the overall program operating cadence, including status meetings, executive updates, and decision-making forums

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work across Engineering teams to coordinate execution on infrastructure, architecture, deployment, and operational changes needed for FedRAMP support
• Serve as the connective tissue across teams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that dependencies are managed proactively

Sales & Business Readiness

• Work with Sales, especially Government Sales leadership, to align program progress with market needs, customer commitments, and deal support
• Create tight feedback loops between field needs and internal execution so customer-facing teams have visibility into scope, timelines, and readiness

Risk, Audit & Operational Management

• Identify risks, blockers, and execution gaps early, and drive mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholders
• Establish clear reporting on program status, including progress against milestones, open issues, and cross-functional dependencies
• Bring structure, urgency, and clarity to a large-scale program that requires sustained management rather than one-time setup

Who You Are Must-Haves

• 5+ years of program management, technical program management, or project management experience in global enterprise SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure-heavy environments
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, long timelines, and high operational rigor
• Experience working with compliance-driven or security-sensitive programs, such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain structured program plans, manage dependencies, and drive execution against critical milestones
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and business stakeholders**.**
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous, evolving, and high-stakes programs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong program ownership from planning through execution
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and drive collaboration across a wide range of functions and seniority levels
• Comfortable challenging assumptions, escalating when needed, and pushing large initiatives forward with consistency and focus
