About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator to own and manage our identity platform, with a strong focus on configuration, automation, and application integrations.
This role is responsible for designing and maintaining employee lifecycle processes, onboarding new applications, and working closely with HR, IT, Security, and business teams to translate organizational roles into scalable and efficient access models.
The ideal candidate is both technical and collaborative—someone who can build and optimize identity workflows while partnering with stakeholders to ensure accurate, secure, and automated access across the company.
What You’ll Do:
Identity Platform Management:
- Own day-to-day configuration and administration of the identity platform
- Build and maintain groups, rules, policies, and profile mappings
- Design and implement lifecycle automation workflows
- Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, and access issues
Employee Lifecycle (JML)

- Own end-to-end Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes
- Work with HR and business teams to define employee and contractor profiles
- Ensure accurate and automated provisioning and deprovisioning
- Handle edge cases such as contractors, transfers, and temporary access
Application Integrations
- Lead onboarding of new applications into the identity platform
- Design access models (groups, roles, provisioning approach)
- Translate business requirements into access logic
- Maintain and optimize existing integrations
Access Governance
- Support and execute user access reviews (UARs)
- Maintain clean, auditable access structures
- Enforce least privilege principles
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with HR, IT, Security, and business teams
- Act as the bridge between business requirements and IAM implementation
- Improve processes and reduce manual access work
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience managing an identity platform
- Strong experience with lifecycle management (JML) and automation
- Experience designing group-based access models (RBAC)
- Experience integrating and managing SaaS applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with identity workflows / automation tools
- Familiarity with HR systems and identity data flows
- Experience supporting access reviews or audits
- Basic scripting or API-based automation
Success in This Role
- Access is automated, accurate, and scalable
- New applications are onboarded quickly and cleanly
- Manual IAM work is significantly reduced
- Business teams understand and trust access processes
