The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources,
and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our project deliverables align
with strategic objectives and exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and
  progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management
• 3+ years of experience with Jira and Salesforce
• 2+ years working background in cybersecurity (from private or public sectors)
• Fluent English and at least intermediate Japanese (JLPT is not required, but the level should be N2 or higher)
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of endpoint security or previous work experience with endpoint security products
• Basic understanding of ransomware, malware, and desktop risks
