Position Summary Field Service Advocate Job Description:

The Field Service Advocate will support the day‑to‑day administration of Deutsche Bank’s employee benefit programs, serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and operational coordination with internal partners and external vendors. This role focuses on benefits transactions, employee communications, data accuracy, and process support across health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, service‑focused, and developing foundational expertise in employee benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve routine to complex employee benefit inquiries across all health, welfare and leave of absence programs while partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless benefit delivery
  • Coordinate with benefit vendors, payroll, and HR partners to resolve routine to complex issues and ensure accurate data exchanges
  • Identify recurring issues or process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance employee experience and efficiency
  • Perform audit and basic monitoring activities between client’s HRIS, payroll systems and benefits administration platform to ensure data accuracy of eligibility and payroll records
  • Support maintenance of benefits documentation, including job aids, FAQs, summaries, intranet content, and employee‑facing communications
  • Work with Head of Benefit and client’s vendors to identify opportunities to develop and distribute benefit and/or wellness related communications.
  • Assist in Annual Enrollment activities, such as system testing, updating Annual Enrollment materials, etc.
  • Work with Deutsche Bank vendors and special interest groups (e.g., employee resource groups and wellbeing champions) to plan and coordinate wellness and/or benefit education events, typically vendor-hosted webinars and a few onsite events throughout the year
  • Monitor incoming invoices for accuracy and input the details in Excel spreadsheet to support financial analysis
  • Assist with benefits projects, system updates, and operational initiatives as assigned

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and able to shift priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor partnership mindset, able to collaborate across HR teams and external service providers to drive outcomes and improve processes
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver with sound judgment—comfortable investigating issues, connecting the dots, and escalating appropriately to reduce risk and improve employee experience
  • High integrity and discretion, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while building trust with employees and partners
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Outlook for drafting employee communications; and PowerPoint for creating clear and concise presentations

Required Qualifications Required to be onsite at the customer location 3 days a week.
Must have experience working as a direct lead to a customer and it's employees

3- 5 years of project Management experience

3-5 years experince working with Medical Benefits within a Medical Carrier or HR capacity

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications ( PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
