Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across a high-profile portfolio.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, efficient and cost-effective operation of building services, with a strong focus on technical maintenance, contractor management, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Job Description Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facilities operations across the portfolio.

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Manage contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to standard.

Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory, legislative and company requirements.

Monitor building performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders, invoicing and cost control.

Conduct site inspections and manage any risks, defects or maintenance issues.

Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Support minor projects, upgrades and lifecycle works as required.

Maintain accurate records, reports, compliance documentation and maintenance schedules.
About You

Previous experience in Facilities Management, Technical Facilities Management or building services.

Strong technical understanding across areas such as HVAC, electrical, fire, hydraulics, lifts and general building maintenance.

Experience managing contractors and planned/reactive maintenance programs.

Strong knowledge of WHS, risk, compliance and statutory requirements.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Strong financial and administrative capability, including budgets, invoicing and reporting.

Trade, engineering, facilities management or building services qualification highly regarded.
