The Electrical team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.
Job Purpose
Complete Electrical tasks as required.
Key Accountabilities

Complete Electrical tasks as required

Identify opportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager

Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing
-
Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements
-
Any other duties as required by your manager
Key Measures of Performance

All works completed within timeframes to standard required
-
Logon and logoff KPI achievement
-
Completed works accurately recorded and send to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.

Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager

Internal and external customer satisfaction

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Electrical Trade qualified, ideally with commercial maintenance experience
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Electrical Certificate
-
Current Electrical license
-
Commercial maintenance experience
-
Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use of Smartphones/tablets
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
