Job Description
Compliance Tech Position:
- Region FM is ultimately responsible for TJC binder management and review.
- Point of contact to assist Mobile Techs with questions regarding work order process.
- Vendor meetings- meet with vendors, collect proposals, give advice, etc.
- Supervise the rest of the team- dispatching work orders to techs, ability to close work orders in F360, respond as needed to emergencies.
- Responsible for reviewing monthly work orders for compliance and placing in physical binder.
- Responsible for F360 Audit to ensure recurring work orders are in place.
- Work with CMMS team on work order management.
- Meets with each region FM and Chief Engineer on a weekly/monthly basis to review binders and report deficiencies or issues as they arise.
- Close working relationship with Chief Engineer to work with vendors performing service.
- Chief Engineer maintains point person of contact and relationship owner for JCI, Otis, Etc.
- Assist FM team to improve use and understanding of ISLM/ISLA by the Mobile Techs.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $24.64 - $28.99
