Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong Analyst to join our Healthcare Valuation team in London. The successful candidate will support the delivery of valuation and advisory work across a range of healthcare properties, including care homes, private hospitals, GP surgeries, and specialist facilities.
You will play a key role in financial analysis, data modelling, and market assessment, working closely with senior team members to support client deliverables and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the valuation of healthcare-related properties using internal methodologies and market-based assumptions.
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support valuation and advisory work.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of real estate trends, with a focus on healthcare and operational property sectors.
- Analyse financial and operational datasets, including trading performance, to inform valuation assumptions.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based financial models to a high standard of accuracy and robustness.
- Support data visualisation and analysis using tools such as Power BI (desirable).
- Collaborate with senior team members on client-facing deliverables and project work.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and business development materials.
- Ensure all analytical work meets internal quality and risk standards.
Qualifications and Experience Preferred (not essential):
- Experience in real estate, valuation, investment analysis, consulting, or other analytical roles.
- Strong understanding of the UK real estate market, ideally with exposure to healthcare or operational property.
- Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
Essential:
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and complex data analysis.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining financial models.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of real estate market dynamics and valuation principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
