We are seeking an experienced and operationally focused Senior Facilities Manager to lead facilities management services across a complex, high-profile portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and facilities operations across multiple precincts.

• Manage facilities contractors and service providers to ensure performance, safety and compliance standards are met.

• Oversee maintenance workflows, work orders and operational coordination with onsite Helpdesk teams.

• Support events and precinct operations, ensuring facilities readiness and post-event rectification.

• Monitor asset condition, operational risks and maintenance priorities.

• Prepare facilities reporting and contribute to governance, compliance and operational improvement initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with Property Management, HSE, Projects, Finance and Event Operations teams.

About You

• 7–10+ years’ experience in facilities management or building operations.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-site or public-facing environments.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance management, contractor oversight and statutory compliance.

• Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills.

• Strong operational leadership capability and problem-solving skills.

• Trade background or tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or related discipline preferred.
