Handle opening and closing of the Customer Service Counter in accordance with SOPs.

Attend to walk-in enquiries, wayfinding requests, feedback, and complaints from members of the public.

Assist customers with tenant-related enquiries, facilities information, and general hub services.

Support administration of promotions, campaigns, redemptions, and ticketing activities.

Issue vouchers, premiums, and tokens accurately and maintain proper records.

Ensure that all vouchers, premiums, and assets are properly accounted for before and after each shift.

Assist in lost and found cases involving items or personal belongings and follow escalation procedures where required.

Maintain daily reconciliation of manual and system records.

Keep the counter clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Update and maintain tenant contact lists and operating information when required.

Submit daily reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Support incident reporting and assist in preparation of reports where required
