We are seeking an experienced and solutions-focused Sustainability Services Manager to lead sustainability and environmental performance initiatives across a high-profile portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability initiatives across operations, asset planning and project delivery.

• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics including energy, water, waste and emissions.

• Drive sustainability improvement programs and operational efficiencies.

• Work closely with Asset Management, Facilities Management, Projects and Portfolio Operations teams to embed sustainable practices.

• Support sustainability outcomes across capital works and operational activities.

• Ensure compliance with sustainability frameworks, governance requirements and reporting obligations.

• Provide practical sustainability advice, stakeholder engagement and performance insights.

About You

• Experience delivering sustainability or environmental management services within property, facilities or precinct environments.

• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting, environmental performance metrics and governance frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across operational and project teams.

• Tertiary qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
