Job Description Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to deliver day-to-day property management services across a commercial property portfolio.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across assigned commercial assets.

Oversee lease administration including rent reviews, options, renewals and compliance.

Manage tenant enquiries, issues and operational requests.
-
Monitor rent collection, arrears management, recoveries and outgoings.

Prepare reporting, support budgeting and maintain accurate lease data.
-
Work closely with Leasing, Facilities, Finance and Events teams to deliver coordinated outcomes.

Support tenant onboarding, lease transitions and precinct operations.
About You
-
3–5+ years’ experience in commercial property management.

Strong understanding of commercial leasing and property legislation.
-
Experience managing tenant relationships and property operations.
-
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
-
Financially literate with confidence managing budgets and reporting.
-
Collaborative, customer-focused and solutions driven.
-
NSW Real Estate License (Class 2 or higher), or eligibility to obtain.
