Job Description What you’ll be working on:

• Processing, validating, and posting invoices across AP/AR processes

• Managing payments, cash collection, and cash allocation activities

• Supporting cost control activities, including invoice review and query resolution

• Performing reconciliations (bank, creditor, debtor, and service charge)

• Liaising with suppliers, landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders

• Assisting with reporting, audits, and financial documentation

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies, risks, or process issues

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good Excel and MS Office knowledge

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Additional European language skills are a plus
