Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and experienced BI Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining dynamic dashboards that visualize key sustainability metrics, integrating diverse data sources, and supporting client reporting needs. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the globe, contribute to data-driven decision-making, and continuously improve reporting tools and processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize sustainability data and metrics.

  • Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party platforms, to create comprehensive and accurate reports.

  • Client Reporting: Collaborate with the sustainability team to understand client reporting requirements and deliver customized visual analytics solutions.

  • Data Analysis: Support design analytics that enable our teams to perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support sustainability initiatives and decision-making.

  • Quality Assurance: Support accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards and reports

  • User Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on using Power BI dashboards and interpreting visual analytics and where necessary attend client calls in design of features and

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve dashboard functionality and user experience.

  • Active leadership and collaboration with stakeholders in the sustainability service line

Requirements:

  • Fluent English

  • Familiarity of the sustainability field is advantageous but not critical

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Real Estate or Technology related

  • Common MS Office applications to excellent levels including Share Point and One Drive.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Power BI and experience in relevant coding languages related to PowerBI such as DAX, Power Queries, Python and SQL.

  • Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.

  • Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritize and juggle between tasks.

  • Thoughtful, collaborative, and proactive ready to engage with stakeholders across the globe

  • Experience in documenting business processes in the form of process maps and step-by-step user manuals.

  • Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deliver.

  • Good team player, also able to work independently.

  • Curiosity and drive to solve problems and seek to continuously improve and optimize features and process
