- Develop and implement strategic plans for commercial management and quantity surveying.
Commercial Management:

Oversee the preparation and management of project budgets and financial forecasts.

Ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting for all projects.

Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
-
Identify and mitigate commercial risks across projects.
Contract Management:
-
Oversee the preparation of contracts with final review and sign-off.
-
Propose contracts to clients that meet their needs and mitigate their requirements.

Understanding of local market and standard forms of contract used within the market, as well as internal forms for international clients/projects.
Quantity Surveying:

Lead the quantity surveying team in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.

Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of construction work.

Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.

Provide expert advice on contractual matters and dispute resolution.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Present reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Team Development:

Mentor and develop commercial management and quantity surveying teams.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Ensure the team is up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all commercial and quantity surveying activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying / Real Estate with 10 years of experience in managing medium to large projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
