Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Senior People Services Advisor to support EMEA, managing HR operations case loads while ensuring SLA compliance and accurate employee lifecycle documentation from onboarding to offboarding. The role handles complex cases and Tier 2 escalations, ensuring adherence to internal policies and local/global regulations. It also supports team development through training, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Job Description About the Role:
- Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
- Maintain life-cycle & process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boarding
- Focus on complex tasks / projects
- Advise on Tier 2 escalations
- Support the training and development of HR advisors in the team
- Manages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance
- Carry out HR operations activities in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements
- Create/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requested
- Supporting projects and process improvements
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in HR Services
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Confident Microsoft Office usage, especially with Excel
- Good time management and ability to prioritize
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience
- Experience of working with Service Now and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
