Job Description Summary Job Description

Add Change (MAC) Coordinator at our Europe location. This role is intended to support Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management (PM) team, Facility Management Team, by serving as the source for MAC (Moves, Adds, & Changes) coordination in our EUR & EMEA region.

Role Expectations Vendor Coordination

  • Service Scheduling: Plan and coordinate multiple vendors for tasks such as branding, furniture installations or removals, associate relocations, and new asset deployments.

  • Onsite Escorting: Escort vendors throughout the facility to support timely and secure service execution.

  • Punch List Management: Develop and maintain punch lists to track outstanding work and ensure task completion.

Move Strategy & Space Management

  • Logistics Planning: Leverage Account software to design and implement effective move strategies. Utilize headcount data, space utilization metrics, and related inputs to support planning.

  • Data Analysis: Interpret space and occupancy data to optimize workplace usage and support evolving business needs.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Assessment Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation to summarize findings and compare tactical options for space-related decisions.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and recommend process improvements based on assessments, including cost-benefit analysis and risk evaluations tied to facility changes or additions.

Project/Facility Support

  • Site Readiness: Assist with preparation for new sites within Europe by implementing desk tags, partnering with account Tech, and AV representatives first day/week of occupancy.

  • Decommission Assist: Assist FM with gathering asset information and site due diligence. Partner with account and FM on escorting vendors

Quality Assurance Move

  • Deliverables Review: Oversee and review MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) project deliverables to ensure they meet Cushman & Wakefield’s quality standards and expectations.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in at least two to three of the following areas: interior design, occupancy planning, small project management, facilities management, furniture specification, or logistics coordination. Knowledge in AutoCAD and/or another CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system is required. Strong presentation development and communication skills are essential. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel Microsoft tools.
