Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team supporting our valued client. Based on site, this role plays a key part in shaping the first impression for all visitors, employees, and stakeholders. You’ll be the face of the organization – creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment every single day.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and contractors in a friendly, professional manner

  • Manage reception desk operations, including phone and visitor enquiries

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.

  • Manage security protocols including issuing visitor badges and monitoring access

  • Coordinate mail and courier services

  • Deliver high standards in line with both Cushman & Wakefield and Santos expectations

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • Previous experience in Reception, Concierge, Customer Service, or Hospitality roles

  • Experience in high-standard client or stakeholder-facing environments is highly regarded

Skills & Attributes

  • Confident, articulate, and professional communicator

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities

  • High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation

  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
