Executive - Concierge:

Acts as the first point of contact for guests and employees, providing assistance with queries, directions, and services to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience.

Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle inquiries professionally.

Assistance & Coordination: Provide support with transport bookings, meeting room arrangements, and guest services.

Facility Navigation: Guide employees and guests regarding office layout, amenities, and service points.

Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with travel, hospitality, and facility vendors for concierge-related services.

Reporting & Feedback: Maintain visitor logs, prepare daily reports, and collect feedback for service improvement.

• Experience in hospitality, front office, or concierge services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with MS Office and visitor management systems.
