Job Description

• The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, coordination with internal/external stakeholders and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

• This resource will be involved in rolling out new initiatives such as tracking client activity, supply and demand data side data augmentation, creating a centralized data platform for analytics, creating dashboards etc.

• Maintaining & managing a repository of past & present data

• This resource will also be involved collecting and analyzing data on clients, competition tracking at periodic intervals, existing and prospective client portfolio and organizational mapping to support digital transformation initiatives.

• This resource will also be responsible for creating sophisticated analysis for tracking and reviewing client portfolios

• Monitoring the Commercial Real Estate Market Trend and assist in providing any Information to the team as required such as tracking and analyzing Demand, Supply, Vacancy, Occupier Movements

• Furthering any technology advances that can be implemented related to the above responsibilities
