담당업무

• 내∙외부 방문객 응대 및 등록 관리
• VIP 고객 맞춤형 지원 및 고품격 서비스 제공
• 회의실 예약, 회의 준비 및 공간 세팅
• 식음료 서비스 제공 및 케이터링, 다과 운영
• 고객, 방문객, 내부 팀 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션 지원
• 고객 요청 사항 처리 및 고객 관리 매니저 후속 조치 지원
• 커피머신, 사무용품, 음료 및 다과 등 공급업체 관리
• 가구, 비품, 장비 점검 및 관련 부서 보고
• 우편물 및 택배 관리, 회사 주최 행사 지원

자격요건

• 리셉션, 프런트 데스크, 컨시어지 등 고객 응대 경험 (1년 이상)
• 다양한 문화와 직급의 사람들과 원활하게 소통 가능한 분
• 문제 상황에 침착하게 대응하며 해결 중심으로 업무 수행 가능한 분
• 영어로 외국인 고객 응대에 두려움이 없는 분
• Microsoft Office 활용 가능자
• 럭셔리, 항공 서비스, 프리미엄 호텔 등 VIP 고객 서비스 경험 우대
• 음료 서비스 장비 사용 경험자 우대
