Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team on a 5-month fixed-term contract supporting a key client portfolio. Based in Brisbane, you will take ownership of a flagship site along with additional sites across Brisbane, Toowoomba, and Townsville.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong balance of operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategic asset management, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of all facilities within your portfolio.
Job Description Key Responsibilities

Deliver planned and reactive facilities management services across multiple sites

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure zero unplanned outages

Manage budgets, forecasting, and capital planning

Lead contractor and vendor performance, ensuring compliance and service excellence

Conduct property condition audits and maintain compliance certifications

Manage risk, safety, and incident response, including emergency preparedness

Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and internal stakeholders

Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement

Support innovation initiatives and portfolio-wide operational excellence
About You

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Facilities Management or similar

Proven experience managing multiple sites and vendors

Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance planning

Demonstrated ability in budget management and cost control

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
