Job Description Summary Job Description Helpdesk Management. -
Log in help desk calls on to BAJAJ ELELCTRICAL Portal .

Responding to email from customers.
-
Record complaints and inform about the complaint to concerned C&W representative.

Coordinating with MEP & HK Team on closures of complaints
-
Update records day to day basis.

Raise DSR report on daily basis and communicate with client by 10.45 am
-
Coordinate with Client on submission of CSAT for the services rendered at the Property.
Front Office Management:
- Ensure that the Front desk is managed as per agreed timings.
- Ensure proper knowledge of Senior Dignitary from BAJAJ ELECTRICAL .
- Ensure front office reception area is clean & neatly maintained all throughout the day.
- Welcome incoming visitors and attend to them promptly.
- Record agreed details of visitors in the register/VMS.
- Assist the team in Soft Services at strategic Locations.
- Ensure that the emergency contact file is up to date.
- Complying with company policies and procedures and adhering to company standards.
- Responsible for data entry into the C&W / Client Software.
- Provide feedback to users as to the status of job as necessary.
- Provide a helpful and efficient service to all customer requests.
- First point of contact for all customer related queries and request.
- Maintaining Aesthetic Value of Reception Area.
- Performing other assignments as required.
Work Experience
- Should have Min.02 years’ experience in Facility Management
- Generating desired reports and submission as per the SLA
- Should have handled team for continuous and smooth function
