About the Role
As Bid Manager, you’ll be instrumental in securing new business and expanding existing client relationships through the delivery of major bid submissions. Reporting to the Bid Director, you’ll lead the end-to-end bid process—from strategy development and stakeholder engagement to final submission and review.
Your scope will include:

Developing win strategies and bid content aligned with client needs

Managing bid timelines, resources, and compliance with governance processes

Collaborating with subject matter experts across the business

Presenting bid components to clients and supporting contract reviews

Driving innovation and continuous improvement in bid quality and delivery

Supporting the development of operational playbooks and client collateral
About You
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bid Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll bring:

Proven experience leading complex, high-value bids across multiple geographies

Strong business writing and marketing communications skills

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Tertiary qualifications in business, property, or a related field (preferred)

A strategic mindset with commercial acumen and presentation skills
