Job Description Summary Job Description Intern – Technical, Facility Management - Job Description About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Facility Management team. You’ll support Facility Management site operations, Vendor coordination, Documentations & Reporting, Billing & Cost tracking, Learning & process improvement. This is a great opportunity to learn about Facility and Property Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

  • Assist in monitoring day-to-day facility operations (Technical, Safety & Security services).
  • Coordinate with Technical and security service vendors.
  • Support site inspections and report any issues.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare basic MIS reports for management review.
  • Maintain records such as Checklists (daily/weekly/monthly), Asset registers and Service reports

Billing & Cost Tracking (Basic Exposure)

  • Assist in invoice preparation and verification.
  • Support in vendor bill validation.

Learning & Process Improvement

  • Learn FM processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Gain exposure to technical and soft services operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
  • Recently completed a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Skills:
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic Technical Knowledge (MEP System)
  • Interest in Facility and Property Management
  • Problem Solving
  • Client handling
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
