About The Job:
- Prepare and verify cost estimates, including submissions from subcontractors and vendors.
- Manage financial projections, budgeting, and expenditure control.
- Prepare monthly payment claims and final accounts with complete supporting documentation.
- Conduct site measurements and evaluate work done for payment claims and certifications.
- Review tender specifications, evaluate submissions, and support contract documentation.
- Assess and verify star rates to ensure alignment with fair market pricing.
- Maintain and analyse cost data for future procurement reference
About You:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in cost estimation and contract administration
- Preferably a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers,
- Knowledge of tendering, cost control, and contract documentation
- Experience in preparing payment claims and final accounts
- Ability to conduct site measurements and evaluate work progress
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
