This role involves full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute commercial and residential base build projects. The Project Lead is accountable for planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, quality, safety, and stakeholder end-to-end co-ordination and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The position demands strong leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and cost optimization skills to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.

  • Take full ownership of large-scale commercial and residential base build projects from initiation to completion

  • Develop and implement strategic project plans, detailed schedules, and budgets

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders

  • Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor management

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and regulatory standards across all project activities

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and implement proactive corrective actions

  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports, ensuring timely course correction

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns

  • Resolve critical project issues and conflicts efficiently to prevent delays and cost overruns

  • Optimize resource allocation and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

  • Drive cost management, budget control, and financial accountability across all projects

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, approvals, and compliance records

  • Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all project teams

  • B.E. in Civil Engineering with a master’s degree in project management (PMP certification preferred/required)
  • 12 to 18 Years & above of relevant experience
  • Should have completed at least 8 - 10 institutional/University/residential along with infra works projects end to end during the tenure
  • Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
