Job Description Summary Job Description Role Overview

We are hiring Apprentices to support our Project & Development Services (PDS) team across live project sites. Apprentices will be embedded directly on-site, working alongside project managers, engineers, designers, and contractors.

This is a 1-year apprenticeship program designed to provide hands-on exposure to fit-out and construction projects, including design coordination, MEP systems, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day site activities, working closely with project managers and engineers

  • Track and report project progress, including daily updates, logs, and issue tracking

  • Assist in coordination between consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Review and work with technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications

  • Support installation, execution, and on-site implementation of works across projects

  • Assist in testing and commissioning activities where required

  • Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with project requirements

  • Support quality checks to ensure works are aligned with approved drawings and standards

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting records

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's) in Mechanical, Electrical , Architecture or Construction Project Management

  • Candidates with a Diploma in Interior Design can also be considered for our Fit out team

Skills & Competencies

  • Willingness to work in a site-based, hands-on environment

  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and plans

  • Basic familiarity with construction, fit-out, or building systems (MEP/HVAC)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Able to track tasks, follow up, and support execution on-site
