Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, tendering, and commercial management across civil and infrastructure projects, including warehouses, site development, and earthworks.

This role focuses on cost estimation and tendering activities, while also providing exposure to project delivery and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for civil works including warehouses, infrastructure, and site development projects.

  • Evaluate contractor quotations, conduct tender analysis, and support commercial negotiations to ensure cost competitiveness.

  • Manage project budgets, variations, and cost tracking, ensuring alignment with financial targets and project timelines.

  • Support procurement and contract administration, including reviewing agreements, change orders, and commercial terms.

  • Conduct site visits as required to validate cost assumptions, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project scope and execution.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in cost estimation, QS, or commercial roles within civil, infrastructure, or contractor environments.

  • Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, tendering, cost analysis, and contract management, especially within warehouse, industrial, site development or fit-out projects.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, effectively engaging with local and regional stakeholders
