Job Description Summary

We are looking for a driven professional to join our Hospitality Valuation & Advisory team, supporting ongoing mandates and new projects across the CEE & SEE region. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile hotel real estate assignments while building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.
Job Description Your responsibilities:

  • Take a leading role in all aspects of hotel valuations and feasibility studies (alongside the Lead Partner)

  • Prepare hotel consultancy reports, including valuations, feasibility studies, and detailed market research (market, competitive, and supply/demand analysis)

  • Analyse historical P&L statements and develop cash flow projections for valuation purposes

  • Actively support business development by sourcing new opportunities, building your network, and cultivating client relationships

  • Attend industry events to strengthen the team’s market presence and grow your professional network

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the business

  • Contribute to achieving departmental revenue targets

  • Maintain internal databases, support research publications focused on CEE & SEE, and help improve internal processes

Your profile:

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience (real estate valuation, brokerage, consultancy, banking/finance, or hotel development/feasibility)

  • Knowledge of hotel valuation in line with RICS standards

  • Understanding of the hotel sector, including brands, operators, investors, and market trends, is an advantage

  • Strong financial modelling skills (Excel, DCF, IRR, payback, equity returns)

  • Excellent command of English and Czech (written and spoken)

  • Experience in report writing and business communication

  • Strong time management and organisational skills

  • Commercial mindset with good negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Confident, proactive, and motivated to grow within the Valuation & Advisory space
