Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Country EHS & Security Lead to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Wellbeing, and Security operations for a leading global financial client in Thailand. This role serves as the country subject matter expert and key interface between local operations and regional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and global EHS & Security frameworks.
Job Description About the Role:

Lead and implement EHS governance, audit programs, and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with local regulations and global client standards.

Oversee EHS reporting, incident management, and corrective action tracking, including audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive workplace wellbeing initiatives (hygiene, indoor air quality, safety practices) to maintain a safe and healthy office environment.

Manage security operations, including access control, CCTV systems, vendor performance, and supervision of on-site security personnel.

Act as the key liaison with stakeholders across Facilities, HR, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams, supporting emergency response, business continuity, and security programs.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHSE) or a related field, meeting Thai regulatory requirements for safety professionals.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in EHS, safety governance, or facilities management, preferably within corporate, banking, or regulated environments.

Experience in EHS audits, compliance programs, and incident management, with exposure to security operations as an added advantage.

Strong communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to engage regional stakeholders and senior leadership.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing both operational execution and governance-driven responsibilities.
