Job Description Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer with a B.Arch qualification to support the design and development of educational infrastructure projects such as Campus, Universities, Institutional, Schools, colleges, and training facilities. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and coordinating architectural solutions that align with functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

  • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for educational projects.
  • Work on space planning, building design, and infrastructure requirements for academic environments.
  • Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams for integrated design solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and educational guidelines.
  • Support site teams during execution for design clarification and modifications.
  • Incorporate sustainability, accessibility, and user-friendly design principles.
  • Participate in client discussions and design reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
  • 2–7 years of experience in architectural design (preferably educational or institutional projects).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and design presentation tools.
  • Good understanding of building codes, planning norms, and construction detailing.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong creativity, visualization, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Educational sector projects (schools, universities, campuses).
  • Institutional or large-scale public infrastructure design exposure.
