Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager with client-side experience in managing fitout projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee the design process, manage consultants, and ensure projects align with client fitout guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage fitout projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Oversee design processes and ensure adherence to client guidelines.

Engage and manage consultants and stakeholders.

Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
Key Requirements:

Experience in client-side project management for fitouts.

Strong knowledge of design and construction processes.

Ability to manage consultants and stakeholders effectively.

PR or Citizenship preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Share Point, Power BI, and Procore.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or related fields.
