Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Part-Time HR Consultant to support our People Partnering team in the Nordics. This role focuses on operational HR excellence, statutory compliance, high-quality HR data and a consistent, positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
Job Description Statutory Reporting & Compliance (Sweden)

Ensure accurate and timely statutory HR reporting in line with Swedish legislation.

Collaborate with authorities such as Skatteverket, Försäkringskassan, and Statistics Sweden (SCB) where applicable.

Support compliance with Swedish labour law, collective bargaining agreements (if applicable), and GDPR.

Act as a trusted point of contact for compliance-related HR matters in Sweden.
HR Policies & Procedures:

Maintain, localise, and improve HR policies and procedures aligned with Swedish legislation and global standards.

Support managers and employees in applying policies consistently and fairly.

Identify risks and gaps and propose practical improvements.
HR Data Quality & Systems Management:

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data for Sweden.

Perform regular data quality checks and audits.

Partner with payroll, finance, and HRIS teams to resolve data issues.

Support HR reporting by ensuring reliable input data.
Employee Experience & HR Operations

Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes).

Support leave, absence, and working time queries.

Ensure a smooth, compliant, and employee-friendly HR experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with People Partners, managers, payroll, and external vendors.

Provide practical HR guidance to managers.

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR ways of working.
Required Experience & Qualifications:

Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Consultant, or HR Operations role in Sweden.

Basic knowledge of Swedish labour law and statutory reporting.

Experience with HR policies, procedures, and governance.
-
Demonstrated focus on HR data quality and operational excellence.

Experience and knowledge of Swedish overall legal systems that could have an impact of HR related questions.
