Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for leads the design, execution, and management of building facades, ensuring project compliance, quality, and timely delivery. This role involves coordinating with various teams, including design, construction, and subcontractors, while managing budgets and timelines.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets for facade projects
  • Interpreting architectural designs, creating facade models, and proposing design solutions.
  • Collaborating with design teams, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless interface and coordination of facade elements.
  • Inspecting and supervising facade construction, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
  • Monitoring and managing project budgets, identifying potential cost overruns, and proposing cost-saving measures.y.
  • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and consultants
  • Addressing technical challenges, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure the contract between client and Cushman & Wakefield is implemented.

About You:

  • B.E. Civil
  • 12 Years & above of relevant experience
  • Should have completed at least 1-2 Highrise/Museum/Multiplex projects end to end during the tenure
  • Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
