MAC Manager Global SME:

Job Description Summary

The MAC Manager Global SME will act as SMEs for FM providing MAC support providing best practices to support weekly small/large/project moves and monthly site-to-site moves. The MAC Manager Global SME will ensure that coordinators are working closely with the Occupancy Planning and Project Development Services Teams. They will ensure that the FM (MAC support) report all tactical tasks in alignment with SLAs, and that they excel in all customer service activities.

Job Description

  • Provide leadership and development support to all MAC Coordinators by establishing annual goals and objectives, ensuring KPIs are met, and developing growth opportunities

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with key business partners, vendor partners, and Site Operations Managers

  • Performs weekly quality control of move activity to ensure data governance

  • Capturing and reporting activity supporting new-hire placement

  • Capturing and reporting activity supporting weekly small (<9) or large (>9) group moves

  • Support move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan

  • Coordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group moves

  • Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope

  • Coordinate pre-move-walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants

  • Keep track of all tasks, schedules, and budgets related to the move

  • Ensure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedules

  • Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style

  • Drive to improve client awareness by providing trending analysis for MAC process

  • Ensure post-move surveys and reports on findings are issued and identify process improvements as appropriate

  • Evaluate and provide improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors. Identify ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process

  • Supports decommissioning activity according to the project plan

  • Act as an escalation point for the team for all FF&E questions and exception requests

  • Manage the vendor supporting FF&E planning related scope for small projects

  • Work with Architect and Project Managers to obtain furniture plans and furniture lists for large projects and review them for compliance with the workplace model

  • Support the FF&E procurement scope for projects by evaluating furniture designs to ensure compliance with standards

  • Manage FF&E vendor to create FF&E disposition programs to maximize reuse, donation, recycling, and avoidance of disposal and waste (i.e use of landfills) and maintain lists of available products

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
