Assistant Project Manager:

Job Description Summary

Responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring of hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments), ensuring timely delivery in line with project milestones, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Job Description Location: Hubli/Karnataka About the Role:

  • Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
  • Prepare baseline program covering design, procurement, construction, and handover
  • Monitor project progress and track against approved schedule
  • Conduct delay analysis and support EOT claims
  • Identify critical path activities and recommend mitigation/recovery plans
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client teams
  • Integrate civil, MEP, and interior fit-out (FF&E) schedules
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and look-ahead plans
  • Support procurement planning and long-lead item tracking
  • Assist in risk identification, resource planning, and cash flow projections

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
  • 5- 8 years of planning experience in hospitality projects
  • Experience in hotel/resort interior fit-outs is preferred
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, WBS, and construction sequencing
  • Familiarity with contract conditions (FIDIC preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • PMP Certification (PMI)
  • Experience with reputed hospitality brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.)
  • Exposure to BIM-based planning (added advantage)
