  • Execution Oversight: Manages high-rise construction projects (minimum G+12 floors), ensuring adherence to timelines, cost targets, and safety standards.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborates with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams to finalize constructability-driven design strategies.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Oversees procurement, contract execution, and performance of all external partners.
  • QA/QC & Compliance: Implements rigorous quality assurance protocols, statutory compliance, and safety audits aligned with Cushman & Wakefield standards.
  • Technology & Tools: Uses MS Project, Primavera, and BIM tools for scheduling, reporting, and design coordination.
  • Site Supervision: Conducts regular inspections, especially for Mivan shuttering and aluminum formwork systems, ensuring precision and safety.
  • Commercial Control: Coordinates with procurement and finance teams for cost control, billing validation, and change order management.
  • Client Engagement: Leads client meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder reporting with clarity and strategic foresight.
  • Strategic Responsibilities
  • Project Strategy: Develops and implements execution and control strategies including procurement plans, staffing models, and contract frameworks.
  • Design Review Leadership: Chairs design review meetings to align project goals with client expectations and business strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interfaces with internal and external teams—Client, Design, Quality, Audit, CRM, FM, and Marketing—to resolve escalations and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Construction Methodology Review: Evaluates feasibility, cost/time alternatives, and resource optimization for all construction methods.
  • Risk Management: Identifies project risks, formulates mitigation plans, and ensures stakeholder sign-off and implementation.
  • Policy Implementation: Enforces all Cushman & Wakefield policies at the site, including safety, ethics, and operational SOPs.
  • Project Closeout: Ensures documentation, lessons learned, and contractual compliance are completed and archived.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least one G+12 floor project completed.
  • Strong understanding of Mivan construction techniques, aluminum formwork systems, and high-rise safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera, MS Project).
  • Expertise in base build and fit-out coordination.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in residential towers, commercial complexes, or mixed-use developments.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and statutory approvals in Tamil Nadu.
