Support or lead the delivery of commercial fit-out and design-build projects across Vietnam, with strong focus on cost control, stakeholder coordination, and client engagement.

About the Role:

• Lead or support end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out and renovation projects, ensuring completion within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.

• Manage contractors and consultants across architectural, structural, MEP, and IT infrastructure scopes, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and statutory regulations.

• Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, cost tracking, variation control, and progress claim validation.

• Participate in tender processes, RFP preparation, and client interviews; support Director in bid submissions and project planning.

• Act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, MEP, Construction, Architecture, or related technical discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial fit-out or renovation project delivery; exposure to corporate office or retail projects is highly preferred.

• Familiarity and understanding of cost management, contractor coordination experience, and technical understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and design-build processes.

• Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and reporting in English.

• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. PMP certification is an advantage.
