About the Role:
Lead or support end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out and renovation projects, ensuring completion within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Manage contractors and consultants across architectural, structural, MEP, and IT infrastructure scopes, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and statutory regulations.
Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, cost tracking, variation control, and progress claim validation.
Participate in tender processes, RFP preparation, and client interviews; support Director in bid submissions and project planning.
Act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, MEP, Construction, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial fit-out or renovation project delivery; exposure to corporate office or retail projects is highly preferred.
Familiarity and understanding of cost management, contractor coordination experience, and technical understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and design-build processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and reporting in English.
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. PMP certification is an advantage.
