Job Description Summary

Cybersecurity Manager involves directing the organization’s ICT and cybersecurity strategies, ensuring that technology infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and aligned with overarching business objectives. You will lead a high-performing IT team to manage day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and vendor relationships while optimizing budgets to deliver robust and efficient technical services.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies that align with organizational goals while staying current with industry trends to recommend scalable technology solutions.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, network administration, and helpdesk support, to ensure high system performance and productivity.
  • Lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, establishing information security policies, standards, and incident response protocols to protect data and networks.
  • Identify and manage cyber risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and data protection laws.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals while collaborating with cross-functional departments to address their specific technology needs.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and maintain high-quality service delivery.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in a senior ICT management role, successfully leading IT teams and complex projects.
  • Deep hands-on experience in security architecture, risk management, incident response, and information security governance.
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud computing, and various software applications.
  • Specialized knowledge in cybersecurity operations, featuring a focus on security controls, monitoring, and maintaining business resilience.
  • Manage operational documentation and performance reporting for leadership, while ensuring the site remains fully prepared for audits and regulatory inspections.
