Job Description Summary

The role supports the Research, Consulting & Advisory Services (RCAS) team by partnering closely with the Manager and/or Business Line Head to deliver high-impact market insights and strategic advisory solutions. This position plays a key role in day-to-day research operations, data analysis, and report development, contributing to informed decision-making for clients across the real estate spectrum. Ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional eager to grow within a global real estate advisory firm.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Assist in managing analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing Philippine real estate market and property data, ensuring timely updates to C&W databases.
  • Support the preparation, finalization, and distribution of regular property market studies, reports, presentations, and related publications.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of commissioned market research, consulting and advisory reports, and related technical and financial proposals.
  • Provide support to business development initiatives of RCAS Philippines and coordinate with C&W global and regional offices as required.
  • Assist in interpreting data and drafting quarterly market reports, press releases, thought-leadership publications, whitepapers, and special reports, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Accountancy, or a related field; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, investment, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine property market, with excellent analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Above-average business and technical writing skills, with proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of data analytics, statistical, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, collaborate effectively in a matrix environment, and maintain strong attention to detail.
