Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated Valuer / Senior Valuer to join our Helsinki Valuation team. The role involves delivering accurate, high-quality property valuations for domestic and international clients, including property owners, investors, lenders, and financial institutions. The level of responsibility, client exposure, and autonomy will depend on experience and seniority.
Job Description Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct valuations of individual properties and property portfolios across multiple property types.
  • Prepare valuation reports in accordance with local AKA and/or RICS standards.
  • Perform real estate investment analyses, including yield, risk, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, transactions, and relevant legislation impacting property values.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Valuation, Capital Markets, Leasing, and Advisory teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in property valuation or a related real estate field.
  • AKA certification not mandatory, but a clear pathway towards certification is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with valuation models and databases is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professional judgement, integrity, and commitment to quality.
