Job Description Summary

The Day Porter – Restroom Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of restrooms and assigned public areas throughout the day. This role ensures a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for employees, customers, and visitors by performing routine cleaning, restocking supplies, and responding promptly to maintenance needs.

Job Description

Work Schedule:

• Monday
• Friday : 7:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer
• Empty trash receptacles
• Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Spot clean walls, doors, partitions, and high-touch surfaces
• Monitor restroom conditions and address cleanliness issues promptly
• Report maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Good communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $15.30 - $18.00
