Salary: Up to $95,680 depending on experience Hours: M-F 6:00 a.m.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Team member must be able to work and direct personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures
-
Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, directing personnel in repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other power driven rotating equipment
-
Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed in conformance with established standards. Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery

Must have working knowledge of the following topics: industrial mechanical applications / machinery, precision alignment, rigging, pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, mathematics, machinery vibration, preventive/predictive maintenance

Must be able to use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers), and rigging equipment. Also perform welding, using a cutting torch as required

Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:

Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures

Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning

Communications with all team members to assist the development of short and long range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives

Provide mechanical expertise to customer RCA and problem solving / solutions
-
Ensure team members perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner

Meet physical requirements of the job. Physical requirements of the job will be provided to you prior to employment

Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner

Accurate administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting, work order completion, job planning, ordering materials, work load assessment and up-date / review maintenance management system (CMMS)

Allocate resources as required, coordinate shut downs, contact vendors for plant and maintenance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. An Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management is preferred, but not required
-
Experience: Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in the industrial maintenance or construction fields
-
Experience in planning / scheduling, supervision, and estimating preferred

The compensation for the position is: $ 81,328.00 - $95,680.00
