Job Description Summary Job Description About the Role:

  • Prepare clear development brief in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.
  • Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (precontract & post contract administration and procedures).
  • Prepare cost estimates, progress payment and final accounts
  • Work with Client on the available Projects budget and works to be carried out
  • Perform project management work in building repairs and redecoration, additional and alteration works and new built for Town Improvements Projects implemented
  • Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders received and recommendation to clients for award of contracts
  • Conduct regular project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, and site inspections, etc.
  • Arrange and attend meetings and site walks with Client's representatives (some could be beyond the stated working hours)

About You:

  • Relevant qualification in Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or Engineering
  • Experience in project management, cost control, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Strong capability in tender preparation, evaluation, and procurement processes
  • Proven experience managing building repairs, A&A works, and town improvement projects
  • Able to coordinate stakeholders and attend site meetings beyond office hours when required
