Job Description Summary

  • The Remote Site Management Coordinator
  • EHS Support provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Global EHS function, ensuring accurate management of safety systems, contractor compliance, emergency readiness, and regulatory documentation. The position requires strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills to support EHS programs, data tracking, and global stakeholder engagement effectively.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Manage LMS safety training, site inductions, JSA reviews, Take5/CWalk tracking, Hepatitis B waiver tracking (US), and monthly safety meeting follow‑ups.
  • Support Crisis Management Team (CMT) updates, Alert Media emergency notifications, business continuity plan creation and audits, and Fire Life Safety (FLS) matrices and deficiency follow‑ups.
  • Administer Avetta subcontractor platform, contractor checklists, site induction PPT support and tracking, SDS updates in Archibus, and site contractor data integrity.
  • Maintain EHS Playbooks, Share Point content, Process Master access for joiners/leavers, battery inventories, water blockflow reviews, fuel and utility data entry, and quarterly link/contact audits.
  • Provide cross‑functional EHS administrative support, reporting, communications, and data management using MS Office and internal systems, with additional tasks as required.

About You:

  • Proven administrative and office support experience, preferably in environment, health and safetey (EHS), operations, or corporate support roles, with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in reporting, data management, and system administration,
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work US hours
